All Abilities Child Care is a non-profit organization that was founded           by Shannon and Cody Hickman, as a way to locate child care services to     families with developmentally disabled children.

Shannon Hickman, Executive Director, holds a bachelor of arts degree in the field of psychology with a double minor in forensics and juvenile justice and has completed coursework for a master of arts degree in psychology.

Shannon has six years of experience working with developmentally and physically disabled individuals. She is currently a case worker for Arapahoe County, working with at-risk children.

Cody Hickman, Development Director, has a background as a professional musician, as well as in management and sales. Though AACC is not his first attempt at social change, it is his first major program as a social entrepreneur.

He will be working with communities all over Colorado to help further AACC’s mission. With the help and support of Colorado’s communities, AACC can become a vehicle for national change.
